- The student must meet the conditions determined by the Supreme Council of Universities.
2 - He must have a secondary school in both scientific (science and mathematics) and literary or equivalent from other countries. Graduates of the mathematics department in the educational program are accepted to prepare teachers for mathematics for people with disabilities or in integration schools.
3 - Pass the tests or interviews conducted in college to verify his fitness to work with groups of people with disabilities.
4. To pass the scheduled medical examination.
Article (7)
The study is divided into two phases:
1 - the first stage; and includes the first and second sections, and study in general.
The second stage includes the third and fourth sections, and the study is specialized where the student studies in one of the sections described in Article (3).
    The student is transferred from the first stage to the second if he is successful in all courses, or he was a student in two courses at most.
Article (8)
Academic Counseling and Registration:
     The College determines for each group of students an academic mentor from the relevant academic staff who performs the academic guidance functions. It is responsible for the student in scientific and social affairs in the selection of the quarterly courses. The academic guidance regulates the registration process.
Article (9)
Attendance:
     The student is required to attend at least 75% of the theoretical and practical lessons for each course. He is prohibited from taking the exam in the course if his attendance is less than this percentage by a decision of the College Council based on a report from the professor. The student shall be suspended if he is interrupted for satisfactory reasons or other acceptable reasons based on documented certificates that justify the cause of the interruption. The decision to stop the registration shall be by a decision of the College Council. The College may submit some courses in electronic form determined by the department and college councils.
Article (10)
Study load:
1 - The study load is the number of credit hours that students enroll in the semester.
2. The student's registered academic load in any semester should not be less than 10 credit hours and not more than 21 credit hours.
3. The student's cumulative average shall be calculated after the registration of 30 credit hours. If the student receives a rate less than (2), he shall be given a first warning and a number of hours shall be recorded not exceeding 12 hours per semester. (2) a second warning is issued, and registration for less than 9 credit hours can be done to improve the rate. If the student rate is less than 2, a third and final warning is given, Or is allowed to change course after the approval of the College Council.
Article (11)
Add, Delete, and Quit:
1. After completion of the registration process, the student may delete or add to his approved hours a course or more, provided that this is done within the periods specified for deletion and addition determined by the College in each semester, taking into account the minimum and maximum load of the course.
2. A student may, after his registration, withdraw from one or more courses in any semester without being considered a rapporteur in this course if the request for withdrawal is submitted within the period allowed and announced in the academic schedule of each semester.
3- A person who withdraws after the specified period is considered a rapporteur.
If the excuse is accepted for not taking the final exam for a course with the approval of the college council, the course is considered incomplete, and the student is given an assessment (I) while retaining the degree of quarterly work. The student will only take the final exam at the beginning of the following semester. The first month of the next quarter is a recap and receives an estimate (F).
Article (12)
the transfer :
     The student may, after taking the opinion of the academic advisor and the approval of the college council, transfer from one specialization to another specialization with the equivalence of the courses that he has studied.
Article (13)
Postponement or discontinuation of the study:
1. The student may request postponement of his studies for a period not exceeding four semesters separate or related during the course of his studies at the college. He must submit applications for postponement by the end of the fourth week of the semester. In case of postponement of more than four semesters, the application shall be submitted to the University Council.
2 - If the student is cut off from the college with a maximum of two semesters and for compelling reasons approved by the department council and the college council he has another chance to register, and resumes his studies in the next semester and calculates the period of suspension from the chances of postponement available to him. Of the college.
Article (14)
Repetition in Courses:
1- If the student is absent from the final exam.
2. If he receives less than 50% of the final written examination (F).
3. If he does not receive at least 60% of the total grade of the course.
4 - If the student fails in any course in any semester then he must study the same decision and examination in it, and determine the college exam fees for the bachelor's and diploma, master's and doctorate.
Article (15)
Academic stumbling:
1 - allows the student to improve the courses passed by the estimate of D to improve the cumulative rate by choosing three courses of those courses in which it has been rated D and calculated the highest degree obtained by the student.
2. The student is dismissed from the college if he / she receives a CGPA of less than 1 for four consecutive semesters or six semesters.
Article (16)
Student discipline system:
     Students enrolled in the College are subject to the disciplinary system set out in the Law on the Organization of Egyptian Universities and the laws supplementing it, as amended, and its executive regulations.
Article (17)
Cancellation of enrollment:
Cancellation of student enrollment in the following two cases:
1 - If absent from attending more than one course
