The Faculty of Science for Persons with Disabilities and Rehabilitation is one of the institutions of higher education and scientific research in the field of persons with disabilities, which is based on interpersonal studies, the use of modern technology, and works to build perceptions, take measures to form educational staff in the field of disability and rehabilitation, and develop education at all levels in cooperation with university colleges and related institutions. It also pursues the University's mission in conformity with moral and religious traditions and values by fulfilling the following direct tasks:

1. To provide students with the best educational services in the field of special education in bachelor's and postgraduate studies to acquire the required skills in specialization through educational programs in accordance with local and international standards.

2. Preparing the manpower of teachers and specialists with the scientific and practical competence required to work in the fields of persons with disabilities and rehabilitation in their various specializations.

3. Addressing the needs of community-based institutions of qualified human resources to provide rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities.

4. Contribute to the provision of guidance, counseling and rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities and their families.

5. Utilize the resources, research capabilities and advisory expertise of the Faculty of Disabled Science and Rehabilitation to help solve the problems of disabled groups and integrate them into society.

6. To enhance scientific research in the fields of special education by conducting advanced scientific research in the field of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of persons with disabilities carried out by faculty members and researchers at the master's and doctoral levels.

7. Adopt the concept of total quality and its application within the college so that it is an entry point for achieving comprehensive quality and continuous development in order to achieve the college accreditation process.
